As part of the planning application, we will be submitting a Construction Management Plan (CMP), which will be developed in cooperation with Croydon Council.
Delivering leisure centre first:
We will be delviering the leisure centre before we deliver any flats on the site, and the leisure centre will be operational before construction of the flats begins

- Demolition, ground clearance and levelling undertaken at the existing car park, existing leisure centre and existing Sainsbury’s
- Retention of basement slab

- Piling and pile caps inserted across the site
- Construction traffic to access the site from Whytecliffe Road
- Construction access and erection of the tower crane from the High Street
- Phase 3
- Completion of the podium box to make the area under Buildings B, C and D the same level as Whytecliffe Road

- Fit out of the leisure centre
